Wasted all the money. Horrible Hansgrohe support.
Negative review for Hansgrohe, not Amazon.I mounted the head shower. Two weeks later, it started to whistle, getting worse day by day.Got all the plumbing professionally checked, no debris, no imbalance in pressure.Any other 20£ shower head on Amazon worked without noise.Well, Hansgrohe technical support made a joke out of me for two months, denying any defects, copying and pasting the same useless emails again and again, refusing to escalate the problem to a supervisor, offensively wasting time with silly questions etc.I had everything branded Hansgrohe in my two bathroom and the first time I had a problem, they behaved like this.Hansgrohe: never again. Making jokes of customers that pay their prices, really shows their ethics.
