I decided to paint my old 1996 S-10 pickup truck. I saw that speedo kote paint was priced very reasonable and the reviews were good. I decided to buy the primer and paint. turned out that the product was easy to use and very good quality. my truck turned out amazing. very happy with the outcome and I would buy this product again.

This stuff does great. I get excellent results spraying one medium coat. Tip for anyone looking at this, yes it is thick, but I reduce it 4:1:10% and it does fine in my Spectrum HVLP at around 24psi

This primer is pretty darn good for the price.. It is a little thick for HVLP gun with 4.0 tip so I thinned it 5% and used three coats.. It was still a good build thickness and was able to block sand with 600 grit, wet and it left a nice, smooth surface. It sands easily. So far after being painted, I don't see any shrinkage or dry back spots. It's been a month and so far so good.. I would have to say it's better than I thought it would be. For a user friendly primer at a cheaper price, I definitely recommend it!

Good build, lays down well. Mixes 4:1 which is simple. Cleans up easily with some lacquer thinner. A gallon goes a long ways when you use it for props like I do.

This is some of the best primer I’ve ever used. I’m sending in an hour very forgiving.
