I like that this product is a small business that cares about customer satisfaction. I started taking it in hope of reducing my cortisol stress and weight gain. I’ve only finished one bottle so it probably hasn’t achieved full potential yet. I do think that it has helped with stress levels though! I will definitely try another bottle:)

I have been taking this product for 2 weeks and can say it’s helping me sleep better which I am attributing to less stress. Lost my job in January and have been sleeping horribly waking up 3-4 times a night. I started taking the cortisol capsules and I didn’t notice anything until 5 or 6 days into taking it. I noticed I was sleeping better at night. For the past week and half, I have only been waking up 1 time a night and feel more rested during the day and relaxed. I will provide another update in a month but happy with the way this product is working.

I’ve been using this product for about a week now, and I started to really feel the difference around day 3. I found that two pills worked better than one for me. It really helped me relax and get a full night’s rest without feeling groggy the next day like I’d normally be with other OTC medications. This might seem silly, but I also love that it doesn’t smell bad! A lot of supplements have a stinky odor, but these are really neutral smelling. It’s not a giant pill either, so it’s easy to take. I have been taking this product for about 9 days. It makes me so tired that I'm dragging through the day. Yes it does help you sleep at night but for me it doesn't wear off and I'm dragging through the day. That is the only effect I have noticed they're has really been no other change
