Pretty tasty. Helpful in my low-carb, high-protein diet. Wrappers are easy to rip open. A great snack between breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner or dinner and bedtime, to keep the metabolism cranking.Eating tiny meals, with nothing else in-between, is a prescription for putting your body into starvation mode = virtually no weight loss! Bars like this, along with protein drinks, do the trick for me!!

Not so tasty I thought I could get past the protein tastes but it just makes it gritty

i don't usually write reviews, but this one is just, no. I like most nature valley products, even the savory granola bars that seem to have been discontinued. I guess i was the only one. The tropical protein bars remind me of when you're a little kid and you've got to choke down some flavored liquid antibiotic. Possible, but not pleasant.

This snack bar has many ingredients like peanuts, almonds, palm oil, whey protein, cranberries and nonfat milk. I am keeping these snack bars in my office bag and it helps me gain energy instantly whenever I am hungry. This pack consists of 5 bars and each bar is wrapped individually. Each bar gives us the 10g of protein. I like the taste of this bar, it is juicy at the end. Texture is good with all the ingredients. This bar is in pocket size with all the protein filling. It is value for money to buy this pack of 5 together. Tasty snack.

It tastes ok but has an slight bitterness, I much prefer the other flavors.
