I ordered this product several months ago and submitted my registration for a “Lifetime Warranty” after receiving it. About three weeks ago, a bubble appeared in the upper left corner of the screen. I contacted Tocol through Amazon’s customer support, and they responded within 24 hours, asking a couple of questions and requesting a photo of the bubble. Within another 24 hours, I received a response from Tocol honoring their warranty by refunding the cost of my purchase.I decided to purchase the product again and recently installed it for the second time. This time, I followed the installation video and realized that I had installed the screen incorrectly during the first attempt. I'm giving it a five-star rating for their product quality, the honoring of the “Lifetime Warranty,” excellent customer service, and smooth transactions overall.

I had a little hiccup or two following the instructions and written information. That s because I’m slow… the instructions were pretty descriptive. It was direct and concise. I don’t want to read any “up sale speak” in a thing I’m already annoyed at because I have to put it together. They just got the supplies for me basically. My sanity swings in the balance here… no throwing of tools, no asking why we have so many extra parts left over, no swearing followed by crying, and watching a couple YouTube videos with this product or its installation. Pictures and words actually made sense and were helpful, for maybe the 1st time… ever. God bless the writers, editors & production & support team for this piece of joy in these dark times. These are the best! I always bought Zagg or Otterbox and was always disappointed because of how easily they break, the fact that one of these has lasted me so much longer than them for 1/3 of the price has me thinking that Zagg/Otterbox make them bad on purpose so you buy the replacements. There are no issues with fingerprints or screen quality and the installation was made so easy that I don’t have any bubbles or dust under the screen. I had a Zagg $30 screen protector that cracked in 3 days and I hadn’t even DROPPED the phone. For this $10 one (more like $5 since it’s a two pack) I have dropped my phone multiple times and there isn’t a crack or scratch whatsoever.
