It does NOT fit most UK systems
It does NOT fit most UK lift to lock systems! The ad claimed to fit 90% of UK locks, that’s untrue. I got a common twin spindle (palm and handle) one and it does NOT fit. Worse the screw positions are not adjustable like other brands, so retrofitting is really difficult.It does come with a lock gear so if you plan to fit completely new it may be fine. The product itself looks well made. The instruction is poor though. Overall not worth the effort.

Just OK.
Instructions help. Unless their written un Mandarin or Cantonese, in which case they just confuse the whole issue. Otherwise, it is what many other smart locks do. The build is OK, materials are OK. Let's see how long it lasts.
