Warning: NOT SUGAR FREE
I am a diabetic, and I have to watch my blood glucose closely. I was noticing spikes after I started using this product. When I double checked the product to make sure it was SUGAR FREE. The spikes continued, so I decided to test it after fasting for 12 hours. I used both my manual testing with a glucometer and finger prick, and my Stelo continuous monitor, and sure enough, my blood glucose spiked over 20mg/dL after taking this and only this product
