Ultra-poor quality, with NO instructions
About as cheaply and poorly made as I could imagine, and did not include any instructions. With a bit of time you can puzzle out how to assemble it, but it would be so much easier with a pictorial instruction sheet. Also, the 2 long threaded rods are not threaded over their entire length. As a consequence you can't cut them down for mounting low-profile PCI devices. I tossed this entire unit in the round bin and found a different solution... I'd recommend avoiding this item. Waste of money.
