I bought this to keep in my daughter's dorm room. It will give me peace of mind, knowing that the air she is breathing is healthy. I also bought an air purifier so I want to ensure it is working.I tried this product at home. It has a great easy to read display and does not take up a lot of room. It was great to see the air quality OK in my house, but then when I opened up, the windows and fresh air came in, the air quality improved.This is a great purchase for anybody wanting to make sure that the quality of air in their home or space that they spend a lot of time in is good.

The media could not be loaded. I have been having health issues lately and wondered why I felt so much better when I was not at home. I bought this to monitor my air quality; I really did not believe it would be that helpful. Boy was I wrong! I plugged it in and let it charge up a bit. Then hit the power button on the back. It powered right up. This machine will work once charged up without the plug which is so wonderful. I can carry it into each room or the basement to monitor the air quality everywhere. It takes a C charging cord which is included. It is very easy to read even in a dark room and very easy to setup.It was super easy to change the time which I did right away. Then noticed this thing monitors CO2, PM 1.0, PM 10, PM 2.5, HCHO, TVOC, room temperature and humidity levels. Wow this is so much better than anything I had before. It measures so much! It also gives you a smiley face if air quality is good and a not so smiley face if air quality starts to get bad. It has an alarm (not too loud but noticeable) if the CO2 levels get above 999. I didn't understand the features so started looking them up. I started with CO2 as that seemed high to me it was around 1200 (see video above). Sure enough carbon dioxide is CO2 and should be below 1000 ppm. However; anything below 5,000 ppm is still acceptable but you may notice some symptoms like headache or shortness of breath if you are sensitive (which I am). Anything above 40,000 is very dangerous. Well as you can see in the video it is higher than that.I turned off the alarm last night so did not realize til morning that it had gotten even higher than that which is bad! I spent all weekend opening windows and using fans to verify that this works. With windows open CO2 goes down to acceptable levels under 900 (see picture). Close up the house and it creeps back up. So now my mission is to find out what is causing the high levels and to find a way to reduce it.I am so grateful to have found this machine and can now understand why I feel so bad at home.Seriously this is going to save my life as I can now work on fixing this problem asap. If you have any suspicions about your indoor air quality this one is affordable and works well. It has lots of great features and might just save your life too! This purchase is the best purchase of all year!!!

It’s exactly as described and does the job perfectly. Was super easy to install, almost pushing one button and it’s ready to go. The Co2 alarm is very useful especially when you have kids. Has multiple parameters to measure the air quality and gives you an overall score for the air quality as a whole.

This is a great little sensor, in a truly striking and wonderful visual design. The data updates pretty frequently, the values seem accurate compared to other sensors -- the device has simply one issue that is a bit of a bummer:The LCD viewing angle is such that from a bit below the screen, the text is dark and not readable. This means that if you set the unit on its feet, at your eye level, due to the slanted nature of the scree, the screen isn't readable.I solved the issue for where I wanted to put the unit by just propping up the back feet a little bit, and I still think it's a great value for under $25 -- but the screen issue takes this from great to good.

This is a really nice air quality monitor. The display is well laid out. I like that it has time, temperature and humidity. The style fits well in my office. It is neither too big nor too small. The only thing I wish it had is a CO monitor in addition to the CO2 and other monitors. I was actually surprised by the sensitivity of the device, as it has no problem picking up the CO2 from my breathing as well as the VOCs that were coming out of my kitchen.

The charging cable that came with it doesn't work and the readings are inaccurate. I had it sitting in a 65°F room and it was reading 59°F. Turned it off and on again several times and got new readings each time none of which were ever the actual temperature. I have no way of verifying the other readings but I don’t have any confidence in them if the temperature is that off. Will be returning.

Arrived on time in good packaging. Package contained unit, charging cable, charging transformer and instructions. The instructions were concise. First, I charged unit and then set the clock. Units worked throughout the house without being plugged in. As opposed to another review, the temperature reading agreed with another thermometer. Note that the relatively humidity gauge only has a management range of 20% to 85%. The AQI indicator is a quick and useful way to evaluate overall readings.

Love it. During a recent bought of forest fires we monitored the air quality. On one occasion we discovered that the indoor air quality was worse than the outside. We had trapped the bad air inside. Immediately opened windows and exhausted the air. If not for the monitor we never would have know.
