His mind just didn’t want to shut down enough for him to rest properly.Also, the sleep he did get was fitful. Tastes bad ,, i couldnt sleep even after having 2 at once … waste of money ,, wont recommend

I have trouble falling asleep but when I take these I am sleeping quickly. I started out taking 2 but once I started sleeping well I was able to cut down to one most night. If my mind is racing really bad I’ll take two. This is a great product and super yummy you will not feel you are taking supplements you will like you are eating a candy and the good thing is it has zero sugar and being a diabetic its good for me

It's very strong so should not take 2 but maybe even half a gummie. plus the smell omg it smells so bad!!! pros doesn't leave me drowsy next morning .cons the smell is too bad stinks so bad next time I'll try a different one.
