did the job perfectly!
significantly helped me while i was on my feet working (Barista job!) the entirety of my pregnancy!! Quality:about as good as tights can get! they started ripping in the top area from wear&tear after a few months (to be expected)Reduces swelling:helped my varicose veins not be painful

Not comfortable/itchy
I was not a fan of this product at all. They were more like tights and very itchy and hard to put on. I also did not like how it felt on my belly. I bought it in two different sizes but neither one was comfortable, so I returned both for a full refund.

Didn't last well for me, but customer service was great
ETA: the company reached out to me and offered a refund so I feel that was excellent customer service and changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. The compression aspect seems to work well but at 5' 9" with all my height in my legs they didn't seem to fit too well.. they were always sliding down and ending up with a penguin crotch. After wearing 4 or 5 times the button hole elastic complete disintegrated and then a run started running down from the crotch. At $30 I figure it cost me $6/day to wear them before they were basically not wearable which is not what I was expecting nor is it sustainable for my budget.

Design flaws
These are.... ok. The main "pro" is that they are supportive on the legs, and they are a lot more lightweight than my 30-40 mmHG tights, so I think they would be less hot in the summer. The fact that they are footless is nice for sandal weather.Unfortunately, they got a run the very first time I put them on, so they already don't look good and I have low confidence they will last very long. The belly is sheer, which is not great because my other tights double as a "belly band," but these ones provide no support to the belly (support ends at the thighs). Finally, the button strap makes a weird line under your clothes and is completely un-necessary due to the fact that tights should be able to hold themselves up.

Good leg compression, uncomfortable waist
The compression on the legs is good, issue with the compression with the footless panty hose is if I don't compress the feet as well it makes my feet swelling more than usual. My main complaint is the belly top. It has thin elastic bands that are adjustable based on your belly size, which is nice, except the thin elastic bands tend to roll and create rope like pressure on my belly. The space for the belly is god enough to come up to just below my bra in the front, but sits on my low back in the back so I tend to keep having to pull the belly par up a lot. The crotch and thigh parts also tend to slip so I'm having to pull this part up a lot as well. When I wash them I'm frequently having to feed the adjustable elastic bands back through the front where it slides out of the top of the belly portion of the waist band. The holes in the adjustable elastic band that you feed the buttons through to make the waist comfortable for your belly size are very small with very small buttons placed on your low back. Very hard to get to by yourself and difficult to set before putting the hose on since your likely to have it set to the wrong holes or the buttons pop out as your putting the hose on. The tails of the adjustable elastic also just curl up and make a bump on your sides and no real way to tuck both sides away. Honestly I only sleep in the things since it's way too irritating to wear during the day.

Game changer
I was having such a difficult time finding plus size compression that works well with baby bump. I scoured reviews and websites and finally decided on trying these out. Just got them in the mail and put them on. I have a history of vein issues and have had to wear compression hose for years. I can tell you 100% that these hose are amazing. I’m 253 pounds and purchased a 2xl and they are relatively easy to put on and the support is fabulous!! Going to purchase another pair right now

Does not fit right!
Shaped weird and didn’t fit at all like it looks in the picture. I think it was made for short, square-ish aliens more than pregnant humans. Avoid this.
