I'm loving these so far. It has everything I need, from handles, to ankle straps, to a door anchor. The door anchor in particular is extremely easy to use. I always thought for resistance bands I would have to install something in order to anchor them anywhere except under my feet, but this pack has a very simple yet sturdy solution.

I've only had these a couple of days. I love them! I've used them for two days and they are great for strength training. They come with everything you need and they are easy to use. They seem like a great quality product, although I have my doubts. I hope they last. They are exactly as pictured. The storage bag is a great Plus. So far I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used them for upper body, lower body, and core training without any issues. Plus, the whole set is compact and easy to store or travel with.The only small downside for me is that I’m 5 feet tall, so the bands are just a bit long for certain exercises—but I’ve been able to work around it by adjusting my stance or doubling the band. Still 100% worth it!Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, effective workout option at home!

This was a purchase for my son who is a very busy dad of three small boys and doesn't have much time to go to the gym. He absolutely loves them because he could do this anywhere even in his office which he does often . They have a little bag to carry everything in, and he can carry all of the bands or just one or two with him. He can do this in any of the kids rooms when they're doing their homework or when traveling. The resistance bands have different amounts of resistance so you can alternate your workout according to what your needs are. The bands are very well-made and the hooks are easy to attach.

Great deal and well made set! Love it! quick tip! I pass it under the seat of my recumbent bike and can exercise my arms while doing my bike:). Small enough to take on my trip which I am doing as we speak! Love it!
