Great value for the price. I have made several red lentil stews for family and friends and each time all are delighted with taste and quality of product. This is my go to soup when a loved one is ill and in need of some TLC. Easy to prepare with excellent results. Simple staple to have on hand, cooks quickly.

These are my favorite red lentils. Not that pricey, excellent flavor, and they make a smooth, creamy dal. I also use them to thicken up soups and vegetarian chili and lentils are a great source of protein. You have to soak beans overnight, but these things cook up in half an hour. Great for lazy vegetarians in search of legumes.

High quality & delicious. Rinse & cook. Could eat them every day! Now if I can just replenish my stash of "Egyptian spice mixture" from my daughter's precious neighbor I will be delighted. Now they are listed as an "add on item." They were a "Prime" item when I ordered them a week ago. This kind of thing burns me up. They are an excellent lentil, the very best I've eaten. However, these BS games are not excellent at all.I guess I will experiment with different brands as I do not appreciate this type change. When things like this happen, my loyalty goes right out the window. You guys just cost yourself what could have been a loyal customer.'add on' my "eye!"

Pretty good product

Had been looking for red lentils everywhere. The brown ones can have a tough outer skin that can make soups less than pleasing. These work beautifully and taste good. Do wish they weren't split, however. Keeping them whole gives a bit more substance to the lentil. If you are looking for whole red lentils, just be aware these are not. Still recommend them if you want the mild lentil flavor.

These arrived quickly and were well packed. The lentils were clean, intact, and fragrant. They cooked up extremely well. They were a delight for those who never had red lentils before. Highly recommend.

These lentils are delicious, good price, fast delivery, no complaints about the lentils themselves. I just hate it when products come in plastic bags. Partly because they are not great at fitting on my pantry shelves but mostly because it's plastic. I always end up decanting them into mason jars so it's fine. I bought beans from a different manufacturer who packaged them in burlap bags. So much better. I can simply compost the bags although I think my teen daughter took one to make herself a boho bag.
