Great purchase
My teeth feel so much cleaner than just brushing and rinsing. I’ve never flossed before, I hate it and my teeth are super close together. I bought this to help combat plaque and hopefully save me from having to get another root canal. I instantly could tell the difference and my gum line and teeth feel amazingly clean. Similar to going to the dentist. I feel like the water reservoir is large enough to allow you to really get your teeth good and it’s really easy to use and small so it doesn’t take up much space on your counter. Charges quick and the usb c charger is easy and quick. Feels sturdy without being too heavy and it fits well in your hand. I would recommend starting on the soft setting if you have never used a water flosser before, as it definitely takes a little getting used to. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and excited to start my healthy teeth and gum journey. I highly recommend this water flosser.

Satisfied, so far.
I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too.The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one.I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now.Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.

Flexible pressure level, works well so far
The best reason to buy this is the flexible, clever "DIY mode," which lets you cycle through 8 water pressure levels and save the one that feels best. To do this, you need to read some fine print, and tap-dance through a long press and then several short presses on the single Mode button. But it's worth it – other flossers typically offer only a couple of viable pressure options, which bracket the setting you really want.Other than that nice feature, so far it charges up well and works nicely. The water reservoir twists on and off simply, old-school, and there's no side-port hinge to break and leakGripes? Deducting 1 star only because this uses a proprietary charging cable (USB-A to proprietary 2-prong). A later model will probably have a standard USB-C port. The 300 ml tank needs to be refilled every couple of cleanings, but it's about as big as you get with these devices. It's just a short press to turn the device on, so you need to point it your mouth first to avoid splashing water around – but this quickly becomes intuitive. The tiny-printed operating instructions are badly translated into English. And while cordless makes "portable" true, you'd be crazy to pack any of these devices for travel, they're heavy and quite bulky.

Replaces floss in my routine
I’ve been using this a few months now and I can’t really see my night routine without it now. It’s been a game changer for my gum health! I have overcrowded teeth and it’s very very difficult to get floss in between them. I have to apply so much force trying that I usually end up cutting my gums in the process. With the water pik I can get in between the teeth without the struggle.I also had a crown that had a bit of a gap between the top and my gums line, which led to food getting trapped inside and bad odor. Now it’s easy to shoot water in there every night to ensure it’s clean. This was also a lifesaver after my wisdom tooth removal two months ago. There’s diff settings, so the lowest / softest one was my go to during my recovery and still helps me get trapped food out of my healing gum pockets every evening to this day.If I could change anything, I’d prob want an even stronger high setting and a larger water tank. I usually have to refill it once during my cleanings, unless I’m going super fast

Efficient and big bang for buck!
My dentist recommended I get one of these and I chose this one based on price/ reviews. I can say after 2 months of use, I can heartily recommend it. It is sturdy and well built. The water reservoir is healthy and gives an idea of time of use. My gums feel cleaner and, after an initial use, it's not abrasive enough to make them bleed. The speed settings are also useful and can be set to personal gum sensitivity. I haven't used any attachments but one, but it does come with four in total.I use this in the shower and haven't taken it on planes, but is definitely small enough to take in the car for long weekends. The battery is AMAZING. I use it daily and it hasn't needed charging yet!
