I've had this vest for 4 months now so I could get a good review out. I'm very pleased with it overall. It does have a strong rubbery, chemically smell to it, but I left sit outside for a few days and leave it in my mudroom so it eventually smells less pungent. I do wear it to walk, but I cannot go much more than 3 miles as the 12#s does get heavy. I also tend o wear it around the house when I am up and moving about for extra "weight lifting." The fit is great around my bust (I'm a 36C) too no discomfort there. My iPhone 15 Pro doesn't quite zip up all the way in the pocket that is provided, but I can partially zip his secure.

I got this weight vest to prevent osteoporosis, and to burn some extra calories when wearing it around the house. It does not smell funny, it fits perfectly, and I highly recommend it, whether you are young or older. Also, I advise you to buy the lightest one if you are a beginner. I initially bought the heaviest one, but it was too much for me. I gave as a gift to my husband, and I ordered the lighter one.

Absolutely love my weighted vest. I had to work my way up to use the 11lbs . Now that i have it i am working my way to add some more weight on it. Comfortable and easy to use.

I researched "top" weighted vests for women and this vest came out on top. I read the reviews and thought I'd give the vest a try, and I'm very pleased with it. The vest is easy to put on/take off and comfortable to wear. I did start out wearing it for 30 min and within a couple of days, I was wearing it for an hour. I highly recommend this weighted vest.

I am really happy with this vest. I am 5’9” and 160lb and it fits really well with no slipping or rubbing. I love that it’s adjustable so I can decide on how heavy I want it with each use.

Easy to wear and adjust. I like the pockets on the front to hold my keys and phone while jogging and hiking.II got this vest to help train for an upcoming backpacking trip. I like that I can add weight as I go through my training phases. It's a little big and bounces around when I run, but I have narrow shoulders and expect that to an extent. Nothing I cant deal with.
