I got this to reduce the insulin spike from food. It works great. I especially notice it when I eat higher carb foods because I won’t crash or get hungry a half hour later.It’s a good deal and an effective dose.

At first I did not see any change but after a few weeks I noticed that my cravings not only for food but also alchohol became much less and I slowly began to lose weight. I love not having to think about food all the time. I am on my second bottle now. The quality of this product and the customer support of this company is excellent. Highly recommend this as a tool in my arsenal for a healthy new year.

I took this product for 2 days. The first day, I took the recommended dosage which was 2 pills. I was so nauseous, I was throwing up everything in my stomach and bile. After my stomach was empty, I would just throw up bile every 45 minutes for about 6 hours, it was horrible. The stomach cramping and pressure were also horrible. Then along with the nausea was the dizziness and complete inability to focus or move because I felt so out of it. My heart was racing and it was very scary. I didn’t return to normal until almost 24 hours later. Stupidly, I thought I’d try it again but only take 1 pill and make sure I follow the instructions precisely, and I had all the same symptoms. I had less than 5 seconds to find a trash can or toilets to throw up the bile. For those that this works for, I’m very happy for you, but please be warned that this product (and the results that come with it), in my opinion, is not worth the physical pain.
