Well packaged. Arrived in allocated time. Product is good with high value of EPA and DPA. Noticed an improvement in hair and nail growth. Will be buying again.

For 60p, you get 665mg of EPA and DHA per capsule, and this will last for 50 days at one daily dose.These capsules are excellent for dosage, but are about 3x more expensive than my go-to brand for a similar dosage.My previous go-to omega 3 supplement offers 600mg of omega 3 for 20p/capsule so, naturally, I will not switch to this brand for the foreseeable future.For myself, I take four capsules per day, which is a total daily cost of just £2.40p, compared to my current/previous go-to brand which costs 80p/day.These capsules are good quality, firm and have no fishy taste at all, which is a good sign of a quality brand.I really have nothing bad that I can say at all about the product itself or the dosage - the product is excellent, but the price is just way too high for me.

This is a very high quality fish oil providing high quantities of EPA and DHA.The fish oil is clean and comes with Friend of the Sea certification and it's really good to know that this had high quality oil without any contamination.It is a 50 day supply if you take one capsule a day but you can take up to three depending on your needs. I find that it provides great anti-inflammatory benefits and it is really helpful for brain and cognitive health as well.It is higher priced but it provides premium quality clean ingredients with no fillers which gives me the confidence to take this. Overall this is a very high quality supplement.

I give these a rating of 5 stars. I just want to point out that each capsule is rather large. I don't have any trouble swallowing large tablets like these, but if you do, you should probably go elsewhere for your omega 3 because they are not for you. Also, after taking the pill, you will be burping and getting that fishy taste in your mouth. This is something that doesn't bother me either because almost every single brand of omega-fish oil capsules gives me the same same experience in terms of burping and the fishy flavour.

This product contains some useful and beneficial ingredients, but it also recommends that you take up to 3 tablets a day, which would mean there is only 16 day supply. if you needed to take 3 to see any effect. This makes them incredibly expensive compared to other similar products, and im not sure how you judge how many you need to take, to get the required benefit or support.I have taken one a day in place of my usual similar supplement and I have noticed any negative downturn. But as with many supplements, it is very hard to state for certain what the noticeable effects are. They are merely taken in hope, especilally by us older folk who are hoping to stave off deterioration rather than cure an issue.

Happy with the product. Easy to swallow and with a daily guide. No fishy aftertaste or anything. The high strength of the EPA and DHA is perfect in combination with vitamin D3. Give them a try as I am sure you will not be disappointed.

These are a very good quality supplement and that is reflected in the price. Fish oil is known to be good for lowering blood pressure and for helping to prevent heart related diseases and issues. Vitamin D is great for the immune system, can be a great aid for weight loss and just generally makes you feel better. Fun fact, most people are deficient in Vitamin D and it really does make a difference not having it. The fact that these supplements have both omega-3 AND Vitamin D is amazing and both of these combined is euphoria for the body and mind. Easy to swallow pills and no fishy aftertaste. I look forward to feeling better for taking these.
