Amazing Customer Service
I've tried several other blenders and my current blender allows me to use the Cranddi housings. They are less expensive but just as good of quality. But the best part is Cranddi's customer service. The blade and bearing assembly broke on one of them and they're helping me to replace it quickly.

Cranddi Assistance resolves
Cranddi customer service is resolving after a few situations. The material is different than original and writing is a little different newer material newer feel. I appreciate cranddi taking care of situation that I didn't send in first and outside of 30 days!

Vastly improved customer service
I initially had a defective jug for my K90 blender purchased in Dec.2020 that developed cracks after only 2 months of light use (clearly had to have microcracks before use), and I went back and forth with customer service at the time and got nowhere. Recently however CRANDDI has undergone a change in management and I was contacted out of the blue to review my issue. Very quickly they provided me a replacement for the faulty jug, which is great! I love the blender (works great and the noise enclosure was particularly important for use in my household) and the defective original jug is fine in my opinion... it happens. It was the response to a defective unit where the difference in customer service matters, and they've clearly fixed that. Overall I'm happy now with a great blender and much more responsive customer service.

replacement works, but not the same as the original.
I was happy to find a replacement for my blender pitcher that broke when I dropped it on the floor. However, even though this is the same brand as the blender, the blades inside are different. They are a little bit shorter than the original, and just don’t blend as efficiently. It’s cheaper than replacing the entire expensive unit, so better than nothing. I had hoped for the exact same pitcher as the original.

Takes too long
My original blender only took a few minutes to chop up my breakfast. This one takes way too long and I keep having to add liquidUpdate. They refunded my money and I will reorder
