AMAZING, works for a restful sleep.
AMAZING! You’ll wake up feeling rested.This product is great, you won’t get the feeling of drowsiness or being drugged. Just naturally will fall asleep, if you wake up in the middle of the night you will fall asleep with ease, and when is time to get up you feel rested!! I’m so pleased with this product. I highly recommend it.Also, an interesting note, I normally don’t remember my dreams. Now I dream vividly and remember the dreams! 🤷♀️

Careful playing the alarm game!
Works as advertised, though for the first time in my career I was late to work because I overslept, not once but 3 times in a week. Dreams are much more vivid and my rem sleep has improved significantly.

HEADACHES, vivid dreams, and ZERO real sleep
TL;DR:ZERO sleep improvementIt caused HEADACHESWhen I did finally sleep, awoken due to WILD vivid dreamsNOT worth the price… or any price.Detailed review below:Bought this hoping it would live up to the big claims.The label lists:• “Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate” (1,000mg)• “L-Theanine” (200mg)• “Apigenin” (50mg)• “No fillers,” NSF GMP-certified, non-GMO ingredientsInstead, it was a letdown. If I slept at all, I’d wake from wild, vivid dreams — or pounding HEADACHES that lasted into the afternoon no matter how much Excedrin I took.After a week of use:•ZERO improvement in sleep quality or falling asleep faster• HUGE HEADACHES bad enough to wake me early and stick around for hours• Vivid dreams that jolted me awake• Still no answer on actual ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM content it’s named after.• Many others report the same, plus stomach upsetAt nearly $30, this felt like slick marketing with no results.⸻What I’ve Found That Works for Sleep (from someone who can’t fall asleep on their own):Melatonin – The single most reliable thing I’ve used for actually falling asleep. Helps set my body clock and works even with my insomnia. Also has other health benefits.Stand-Alone Magnesium Glycinate – Calms muscle tension and helps me relax before bed, but by itself it doesn’t knock me out. Works best when melatonin is taken with it.Valerian Root – Mildly shortens the time it takes me to drift off; more useful for taking the “edge” off a restless night than for deep sleep.L-Theanine – Puts my mind into a calmer, “unwound” state. Doesn’t sedate, but makes pairing with melatonin or magnesium more effective.Chamomile (Apigenin) – A gentle, natural relaxer. Great for winding down, but not enough to overcome real insomnia on its own.5-HTP – Boosts serotonin, which later converts to melatonin in the body. Can help me sleep deeper, but timing is key to avoid morning grogginess.CBD – Occasionally useful for reducing nighttime anxiety so I can fall asleep faster. Doesn’t always help with staying asleep for me.To be honest, if the product had worked even half as well as melatonin or the above ”stack”, I’d keep buying it. But for me, it’s just an overpriced mix that never delivered and caused huge headaches.
