I was suggested to take these by a nutritional therapist. I am told they are well worth it, and are more natural than other multivitamins.

I definately feel better for taking these.

I alternate by buying via Amazon and the actual website depending on how quick I need them. Take daily and have done for 4 months consistently. Best vitamins so far. Will continue

I would never be without these. A friend recommended these to me after I had been ill with shingles and needed building up. I thought.... Oh yes .... Just another pack of vits that don't make me feel any different. But actually they do, very much. I have vitality, sleep well, skin and hair is better and powers of thought and energy far improved. Ran out briefly and noticed the difference on cheap vits. And yes, I do eat very well but these make such a huge difference to me that I won't be without them again. You get what you pay for.

Forget the over priced rubbish you get in supermarkets, these are proper multi vits and good value. I would recommend.

Too big and I choked, very unpleasant. REdiculous size

Unfortunately, these are way too big for me to be able to take. I've taken lots of different vitamins over the years and these are probably the biggest ever tablet I've had.They are even too big to even fit into my pill cutter! I eventually managed to cut one in half to take but they are still large and also sharp after cutting, so they caught my throat on the way down. not nice.So, they may be very good vitamins, but I wont know... they are unfortunately an expensive mistake and waste of money for me.I don't understand why these companies don't make the tablets smaller and advise to take 2 of them :(
