Seems to be a good product made in uk seal under cap , be aware there very big tablets if you have problems with size i cut them in half makes it easier to swallow . A good source of extra vitamins my chemist recommended i take 2 a day .I do recommend these

I have no way of assessing the vitamin and mineral content of these tablets. Like all suopliments you are taking their word for it. I have no reason to suspect they are anything but accurate.The tablets themselves are massive, and taste awful. Releasing that taste nearly instantly. I suspect many will find these hard to swallow.Otherwise, fine.

After a lot of research and reading reviews, these multivitamins were the most suitable for my body, price was also very reasonable. I see improvement in myself.

I heard people say these tablets are hard to swallow but if you use an aired drink and not a cold drink the tablets go down much easier

I went for this one as it was labelled 'easy to swallow', but it really isn't - it's too large. I end up having to break them in two, and sometimes have to crunch them down.Three stars as a good set of vitamins included, but if easy to swallow is a priority I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
