You take them out the tin, remove the protective cotton wool and hold in your hand for a few minutes to warm them up. Once warm they mould to desired shape. I make them into a cone shape and pop them into my ears flattening them off. These are very comfortable to wear.Blocks out my husband’s snoring remarkably well.I sometimes just put one in which works well too.I change them fairly often.

These are ok at blocking noise, but as with most wax or silicone earplugs the seal around your outer ear starts to loosen as your body temperature rises during sleep. They also have that dreaded suction feeling which can be uncomfortable for the eardrum.Lastly, being so small they are also quite difficult to remove after use, which is quite unnerving.

I could not be more grateful for this product! I had just moved in with my partner and it turns out he is a huuuuge snorer. So I tried all the usual cheap things for him to stop snoring, and then I tried ordinary ear plugs but I feel like my ear canals are small so they wouldn't stay. But these waxy things mould so easily in your fingers and then you shove them into you ears and it muffles the snores so well!! Would highly recommend as a solution to the poor wives of snorers!

I found they had virtually no effect on blocking any noise at all, which was the reason why I bought them. I only tried them for 2 nights & found my ears were sore the next morning both times. I paid more for this brand, due to the good reputation they had in reviews, but found them of no use at all

I am a very light sleeper and have tried many different types and brands of ear plug. I have found Quies earplugs some of the best in the market for sleeping in. As they are made of wax you can shape them to fit your ear canal, once you remove the fluff each ear plug is packaged in after about 10 seconds in your hand the wax becomes malleable and you can fit it into your ear comfortably. I find they stay in my ears far better than foam or plastic earplugs that I often find fall out over night and also offer a higher level of noise filtering than these other types of earplugs. Will definitely keep ordering.
