Very good product. Worked perfect without adjustments
I was wiorried about different cheap options and getting one that didn’t work or was of poor quality and took a gamble. This was well made and everything worked out of the box without any additional adjustments. This included everything, even the gaskets that others don’t. The pints were properly adjusted and worked. It was a 12v not 6v as I wanted.The only complaint is that it doesn’t state weatherIt had an internal or integrated resistor. I did eliminate using the old resistor and ran a new direct 10ga wire and it had worked without issue all summer. Update: a testament to the quality of this product after I received another which was lessor quality. I appreciate this one more now. Background - I had to replace my alternator because it failed and I ordered. 12v conversion kit that included a coil & the one included in that kit is not nearly as well made ad this one! It didn’t have a gasket, the connectors are tin and not brass. I appreciate this one even more now!

Purchased for my 1944 Ford 2N. I removed the points and installed electronic ignition and it fired right up after installation.

Kinda pointless in having time take apart something brand new to make it work out of the box... installed out of the box and my tractor wouldn't start. Tractor had no spark. Took back out and apart to check points and coil. Coil was bad on arrival. Points needed adjust AND the condenser wasn't even hooked up.............. installation would have been a breeze if I had taken it apart out of the box to check everything but I assumed it was correct from factory so dont make the time wasting mistake like I did. Since the coil was bad out of the box id say this is not worth the money
