Good brand
Carlson’s is a good brand for vitamins or supplements. Lowish dose and you need to take 2 capsules for full dose. Hasn’t raised my Vitamin D levels, so not sure how to rate this. It can take a long time to raise levels.Would prefer if this was in oil as Vitamin D and K are fat soluble and need fat for uptake.
