A quality heater from Fluval.
A good aquarium heater from Fluval. Works as intended. I have had it for about a year. Easy to adjust the temperature. I also like the red/blue indicator which shows if the heater is working at the moment. Can recommend.

Only heater I’ll ever use
I have 5 tropical tanks and have this of the smaller version in every single one. Hold temperature nicely. Super high quality. And the light on the top is just brilliant.

Good bit of kit
Brilliant as I don’t have to worry about it when doing water changes, turns itself off and back on when level is back up

Got the next size up and it works well - just won't go below 24.3c
I tried to get a picture of the heater for you but it is at the back of my tank, above the bubbles. I placed it there so that the water would circulate well, and so it would evenly distribute the same temperature. Apart from the fact that it will NOT go below 24.3c (It is meant to start at 22c, and I was hoping to set it at 23c or 24c) it works well, and it keeps the water at the same temperature. I purchased the next sized heater than necessary to save energy costs, and to prevent the heater from having to work so hard. My digital thermometer has constantly read 24.3c or 24.2c. The little red light comes on (I don't notice it being my castle) when the water is being warmed, and it is blue when the water is at the correct temperature (again, I don't notice it behind the castle).(Note: I make sure any new water I add to my tank - water changes etc - is as close to 24.3c as possible, so not to stress the fish or the heater. Nothing worse than being in a nice warm shower and it suddenly goes freezing cold on you... at least once the shock wears off humans are usually fine.)

Fluval T50w heater
Great quality heater. Used thus make for years and never had an issue like I have with cheaper brands. Had a small tank for my daughter but the heater supplied stuck on over night and killed most of her fish.Bought this one which is a lot bigger in size that the cheap 50w that stuck on but it’s way to use/set and is very accurate and reliable.Plus good price and speedy delivery.

Works well.
Works well replaced a cheaper heater that was heating the tank up too much. Worth spending a little extra for good quality.

Over £150 worth of fish dead because of this faulty product.
Was fine for 2 weeks. Added over £150 worth of tropical fish to my aquarium, the heater ran fine. Then I got home from work yesterday to find ALL of my fish dead because the temperature had dropped to 18 degrees. I've tried to contact Amazon and the seller but the app takes me in loops. To say I am angry is an understatement. I obviously checked all of the connections and sockets and no problems there, this faulty product has cost me a lot of money, stress and hassle. It will be the last time I ever buy fluval again. If I could swear here, I would.
