Everything about this refreshing beverage is light - the container is soft and light. The slightly fizzy clear liquid is not weighed down with artificial ingredients, and most importantly, no artificial sweeteners. It doesn't need to be served cold. The bright flavor remains, even if the can has been opened for several hours! There's a hint of flavor as noted, but it's very light and refreshing. In my opinion, it's the healthiest soft drink on the market.

The boxes came with stains and two were stuck together. I thought a can must have broken inside. I was displeased to see that a total of six cans were sealed yet almost empty. To the point that I could crush them without opening. There was mold on the top the cans that were partially empty. The opened can was opened by me to see the contents. The contents were clear with no bubbles but yielded about 4 ounces. I wanted to like this product and was able to justify the price as it’s only 50¢ more than a traditional energy drink but with added benefits. I am unable to get a refund but will reorder. I will update if the next batch is the same.Edit: Company contacted me and asked how they could make my experience better. I asked for a 6 pack to replace the 6 moldy and flat cans I received and they never responded. I guess I asked for too much.Reordered and received 4 moldy cans.Reordered a third time (shame on me) and this time all cans were good. However, I do not notice an impact on glucose or a boost in energy. I get better results from a morning ACV lemonade. I am done ordering. I risked multiple orders because I wanted this to work and wanted to give it a fair chance (and replace drinking Celsius or Bang).

5 of 18 cans were damaged when they arrived. Liquid poured out completely of one can and partially from the other 4. They were dented and had holes. That seems like a production issue.I was able to try the raspberry. Refreshing. Like a mildly flavored sparkling water. I appreciate that it is not sweet. Great!

I really like the functional benefit of the product, as I have seen my blood sugars differ when wearing my CGM monitor. I think the best part of this drink is that it's actually refreshing. So I'm really enjoying it and want to drink it for just being refreshing and not just about it being good for me. So, a total win win! Oh! I I love the strawberry flavor the best.

I tried this product for a month, liked the idea that it would be beneficial but did not notice any difference in my energy level. I tried several flavors, did not care for them. Perhaps it is the sparkling water that I don’t care for. If you like the idea of the benefits for you, try it and maybe your reaction will be different.

I ordered 3 times through Amazon. Each order had dents in the cans and very badly packaged. NO packing inside so the green GoodIdea box bounced around several inches on all sides. However, this order had holes in white packages, everything was wet and you'll see black mold on the left box.This was NOT shipping damage. These 3 boxes were damaged in a warehouse and sat in a warm place for days, maybe weeks for the mold to grow. I had to use Clorox wipes for my hands and the surface where I unpacked the three packages.BIG NOTE: Amazon states that this product is NOT eligible for return, replacement or refund!However, I called Amazon, sent a picture of the damage, and they gave me a refund.I have purchased several times directly from Good Idea and never had any damage.Note: These cans are very thin and can easily be damaged by a short fall.

I’ve never tried a product that works so well. From the first time I drank it it started working immediately on my appetite. I’ve never had any luck with anything before. excellent excellent product. I’ve bought it three times now I’ve lost 15 pounds and two months.

Also not great tasting.
