Almost the same as the original
I bought this remote as a backup in case my original stops working. It works exactly like the original. The only differences are that the original has the brand name Kinghome on it, this one is a little lighter in weight and color, and the buttons have a little more resistance when pressed - nothing you would notice if you weren't comparing. I haven't used it that much but I have had no issues so far.

Customer service was excellent!
We bought one of these a while ago and it quit working. After trouble shooting with them we had a defective controller. They sent me a new one right away. I am very pleased and would buy from them again!

Works flawlessly out of the box. It defaults to Celsius, but switching to Fahrenheit is effortless and is very clearly described in the packaging. Batteries not included, so be sure to have some AAAs on hand.
