Works Great !!
Great for tying hooks/rigs. Especially if you don't like getting stuck, are on blood thinners, or have "mature" eyes !!I may buy a few more to use as a safety guard while in storage in the shop or boat.

Good quality, but ultimately not needed.
It's a good product, but it's faster to just tie the knots without using this. I used it for fly fishing on smaller flies. This may be more useful for larger hooks?

I am Ecstatic! This makes the Snell know very easy to tie!
The snell knot has always been one of my least favorite knots to tie, but necessary if you're rigging an octopus curicle hook, or any hook in which the eye points slightly backwards. Use a polamar knot on these hooks, and they won't hook nearly as many fish. Most of my leaders are 8lb flourocarbon, and I often use a #4 hook. If you are using fluorocarbon leaders, you'll need to take a razor knife and cut out a small groove on the handle side of the Hook-Eze, top and bottom, so as not to crush and damage the fluorocarbon leader. Additionally, I needed to use a small piece of masking tape to fasten the hook point to this device in order to keep it in place. Watch a few videos on how to use the Hook-Eze, and you'll be a pro in no time. This device makes the snell knot so easy to tie - I Love it!

Amazing fishing product
This product is amazing, simple to attach to fishing line to protect yourself from getting snagged by the fishing hooks. Instructions for tying knots was simple, overall a great product.
