The media could not be loaded. It smells so sweet. Almost like a honey comb. I use it for my cats and dog if they are having and upset tummy aches or digestive issues. First I grind it up in my Nutra bullet in to powder-like form before mixing it into their wet food. I’m also planning to use it for myself soon, as I am pre-diabetic.In the video I posted, there’s the Fenugreek seeds in the big jar, and the powdered Fenugreek in the little jar.Thank you so much for all of your products. I got this to make iced tea with. It’s **significantly** less expensive than using tea bags and tastes just as good. 3-4 TBSP in the filter of a 64oz jug with boiling water, steeped 3 hours before filling to the top with cold water, refrigerating overnight before removing filter/fenugreek. A great purchase and would buy again!

Using the seed water for health benefits and the seeds for salads. Great taste and love that they are organic!
