I need these because I recently had prostrate cancer surgery and they work very well. I feel that they are absorbent enough for my situation. That situation is occasional leakage in small amounts. You don't feel them because they are small and are designed to adhere to underpants. After surgery you might want something larger in the beginning. As you do exercise and relearn to control flow these are what you will want to use. They control odor and no one will know you are wearing them. The price is good especially if you have Amazon Prime and you avoid any embarrassment buying them at the retail market. I hope this is a temporary need but for the time being, I can go anywhere with confidence. I don't feel that they are bulky and I have not had any guards rip even when I am exercising or riding my bike.

Same quality, size, thickness and efficiency as the "Big Brand" product of the same type, without the higher cost. Any leakage is contained, stays dry. No gloppy gel mess like cheaper hospital care brands.

I've used these for many years, and have tried all the brands. These as good as Depends and more affordable.

These mens guards work just as well as name brand store bought items. As a matter of fact, my father actually prefers these. They feel the same and do a great job. They are easy to use and the design and fit, helps prevent leakage. He has been very happy using these. He has not had to upgrade to something larger or bulkier which makes him very happy.. These are enough to do the job.

After receiving these, I find they are much too bulky. The package says "One size fits most", but they really need to make different sizes as these are too big and bulky. They are uncomfortable to wear for an entire day.I guess if you had real problems not being able to hold off urinating, they would be a good choice for the amount of liquid they can hold. Other than that, I will probably not be ordering these again. I find the Depends leak guards are more comfortable and hold the amount of "leakage" needed.These are supposed to be a "leak guard" and not a diaper, which is how these feel.

GREAT Pads for any guy to use if they need a little something extra to collect dripps and dribbles! I have used them since my prostate was removed way back in 2012. Like the option to have the deliverd on a regular basis! The cost is way lower than buying them in my local store! They fit in my undershorts and I do not know they are even there!!

We actually use these for our dog who is paralyzed/incontinent. We insert them in the diaper and they do a good job of absorbing what needs to be absorbed. Not sure how they work for people, but they work well for our dog!
