Very well made
This was perfect for my needs. Not too small and not too big. It is very well made and seems to be very durable with high quality plastic. Nice plastic flap closure, perfect stitching, and a very nice heavy duty carrying handle that is riveted onto the top flap. The pockets expand evenly and quite a bit in each one. It also comes with colored labels for the pockets. Very reasonable price for a 13 pocket document holder that is this nice!

Love the handle
This is a nice file with an easy to open latch. The envelope-like flap fights against you when opening to slide papers in. I am hoping that with more use, it will get more broken in.
