Wow, this matcha is incredible. I'm a daily matcha drinker and just tried this matcha for the first time. I'm so impressed! It's a beautiful bright green color, and had a strong clean matcha scent straight from the package. I make matcha lattes with oat milk and honey, and my latte this morning is just perfect.My technique: add hot (not boiling) water to 1.5 teaspoons of matcha. Whisk with an electric whisk. Add 4 tablespoons of locally sourced honey (helps your immune system develop tolerance for local strains of colds and viruses). Whisk again. Pour cold oat milk over ice, then pour my whisked matcha and honey over the oat milk. Shake it up in my thermos and I'm ready to go.This matcha was a little pricier than the last one I tried and it's totally worth it. I've actually paid insane amounts of money for matcha before and this one is relatively affordable, especially for the larger amount. I store mine tightly sealed in the fridge, and drink it every day so I'm sure I'll run through it before it goes bad.I have psoriasis and hydradenitis suppurativa, an immune system disorder that causes me to have very bad skin issues. I've been using matcha as a medicine for years now and the longer I use it the better my skin becomes. The matcha is also great for keeping my waist trim. It has so many health benefits, it's just undeniable. And I love that I can drink it and get a good caffeine content without risking the caffeine crash of coffee or espresso.This is awesome. If you're trying to decide, just decide to buy this matcha. It's the real deal.

I have been addicted to Sooters Matcha with strawberry cold foam ... but now even the plain Matcha deems a little sweet for me. I had bought some from walmart-- that was crazy 1st ingredient was sugar. Now THIS stuff....AMAZING!!!! I warmed 8oz of water to close to 160 degrees Farenheight, mixed in 1tsp of Matcha, then poured that over ice and added a little milk-- I did add a tiny tiny bit of lavender syrup for a little sweetness--- so good! Next time I may try weening the water down a little and using more milk for that thicker iced latte.This will save tons of money considering approx $6 for a Matcha Latte from Scooters ..and now I can have it any time! I look forward to trying the Matcha powders different ways using the website recipes.

I look forward to this every MORNING !The perfect amount of caffeine content that last all day!My boyfriend loves it early morning before his 6am shift and he has transferred from Celsius to natural matcha and he loves the smooth transition of energy throughout the day without a crash ! Definitely worth the money and this is perfect for morning sensitivity for those who want to switch from coffee to matcha! The blend is greatly blended with natural organic milk , coconut milk and oat milk ! I’ve even added a little of whipped cream for some sweetness ! Definitely tasty with organic agave syrup !

Very nice looking kettle and large enough for most uses. The metal is not thick, but not as thin as I have seen, and is brushed stainless steel. I've never seen a manufacturer go to such lengths to avoid disclosing what a part is made of, but there is no indication what the handle is made of although we know it has a wood grain texture and is coated in silicone.....I will assume that whatever it is, it will melt when exposed to a flame if not burst into a flame itself....they wouldn't have coated it in silicone if it didn't. It gets irritating, and took a star off for failure to disclose product information even though I like the size of the handle and feel it is an attractive addition to the overall design. Looks nice on my black glass stove top and I love that it holds 3.1 quarts.

This matcha powder tasted just how I liked it, not sugary at all, with an earthy kind of taste, and does just as much as coffee when it comes to energy for me. I honestly think that the price is fair for the amount that it comes with. It was very fresh and I am sure that this (organic ceremonial) is the best Naoki matcha powder, as I have tried the organic culinary one and was immensely disappointed with it, and literally had to process a return, as the taste was so off, almost like fish. Resort to the organic ceremonial, not culinary.
