Very good product... Regular using at my home.. With lift up 50kg + My weight is 90kg .... Good stability

Since the time I bought the product I received an incomplete product with the base angle missing and very poor quality. Since then I am trying to return it and get a refund but for the last 7 days there is no refund option. Only replacement option is coming.Amazon should improve its refund policy so that if the customer does not like the product, he should get his money back as per the policy and either he can avail the product or buy a new product from Amazon with his money. I am very disappointed
