Very disappointing
Quite simply this item does not work, there is no life in it whatsoever. Amazed and disappointed as I rated Salter in the top ten of household products. After reading feedback I tried to cancel but was not allowed to. Sadly I am now adding to the bad feedback. Due to the queuing policy of post offices I am unable to return this. I am not physically able to return it. A costly mistake by me.

Wonderful, couldn’t be without it.
Love this blender, wish I’d got it a long time ago, I cut my veg, zap it then add it Ito my soup. No more painful arthritic hands. East to use , quick cleaning.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with all the plastic parts of this appliance. They are thin plastic that I doubt will stand the test of time. Unlike the one I had for over 10 years (this is it's replacement) this feels cheap :(

Not easy to use. The material was thin and easily breakable. I had to return.
