Good product for the price
Bunk bed came exactly as described— setup was not too difficult, would have been easier with a second person, but overall was able to build in less than 3 hours by myself.Good buy for the price and my kids (8, 6) love it.

Easy to build with sturdy quality, Very comfortable, stable for 2 people, instructions in manual were very clear, and it fits perfectly in our room. Love it.

Missing Parts: Company will not send spares.
Missing Part P. They will only let us ship the entire thing back and will not send replacement pieces. This is a huge pain since the thing is half built and re-boxing it would take a LOT of work. Now we have the dilemma of building our own hardware piece? Absurd! It should be easy enough to ship a couple of SMALL spare parts. It looked like a cute bed and was coming together easily before now.
