Nutricost TMG (Trimethylglycine) 750mg, 120 Capsules

I have used TMG as an extra tool to help burn more fat during Keto! I haven’t experienced any GI issues, no negative side effects on my end. I recommend taking two capsules before a workout to help your body utilize fat. No quality issues on this product, it showed up just as described!

I bought this after watching a well known influencer talk about the benefits for building lean muscle. I'm in my 50's and while I've always been lean, I've never been known for having a particularly muscular physique. But since I've been using this TMG, I do actually get compliments about my arms being more muscular than they've ever been. I have also been hitting the weights harder and cleaning up my diet, but I've only felt like doing that since I started taking TMG. Not sure it's coincidence or an effect of the TMG, but I'll keep taking it regardless, as I like the results I'm getting.

I bought another brand that said "1000 mg" but it was misleading, that was for 2 capsules. I hate vendors do that. This is 750mg for one capsule, the largest I can find. And the price per capsule is very inexpensive. It does unfortunately have magnesium stearate, but that is unfortunately common. It is a relatively large capsule, but I don't have trouble swallowing capsules if I take them with food. That works for me.

I have a high metabolism and these help keep my muscles cut. When I work out they really help my muscles look fuller. Mine also didn’t smell like fish, yeah the smell isn’t roses but I decided to try them for my self and they aren’t nearly as bad as some ppl say. I take them every day with water and have never had a problem with them.

Good packaging and very powdery so I hardly notice it when I sprinkle the capsule contents onto my favorite ham sandwiches.

I've bought productbfrom this company before and very satisfied with the product.The TMG I've only had a few days now and already had empty capsule. I hope I don't find more.

TMG the most close to and natural compound alternative for steroids. It really works. I take 4gm a day and it has worked wonders so far. More energy, power and muscle mass. Don't expect it to work overnite. I started seeing results after my 1st bottle. Highly recommended. Keep doses under 4gm a day to avoid raising cholesterol levels, or at least, that's what they say.
