Straight and Simple smart light
Fairly straightforward and functional.It is a bit expensive but worth it. I didn't have any issues when pairing. Maybe I would if I wanted to change the wifi network but I have no need for it now.Switches between Warm and Cool color modes seamlessly. Integrates with Google Home and the Wiz app. You can even flash open source Tasmota firmware if you are an enthusiast.

Pairing is confusing, took some time to figure it out
I tried searching everywhere for instructions on how to pair the tubelight, but couldn't find any. The instructions in wiz app is a bit confusing.If anyone is having difficulty pairing, try it like this.1. Install the app, create a room.2. Click on the + button in a room(in wiz app) and click add product.3. Select light4. You will be asked to enter the wifi details. Fill it and click continue5. Select manual pairing6. You will see instructions - Power off your light, then quickly turn it on 3 times. Click next.Note: The instruction says you will see the light pulsing in blue/cool white. But for me nothing happened. Just click next.7. Next screen shows more instructions - it asks to wait for 1 min until light starts double pulsing. Ignore that, and click start.8. In the next screen a popup will appear and asks to select the temporary wifi to connect to tubelight. Wait for sometime to see a wifi with name starting with WiZConfig_. Click on the wifi name and connect. If no wifi name appears like this, restart from step 2.9. Now the setup will start and the tube will be connected. In between I felt like the setup was stuck. During that time, I switched to my wifi router instead of the tube and then it finished properly. Not sure if this is required. Try it if the setup is stuck in middle.Thats all. Once this is done you can integrate with google as well.

Worst product and worst service
The tubelight stopped connecting within 3 days. No longer accessible through your mobile, Alexa or any smart stuff. Now, that it doesn't connect you cannot use the dimming feature not change of colour. It is as good as a dumb tube light accessible through the switch.The real fun starts now, I reach the Wiz support, the app that controls the tubelight. And also Philips. The wiz support ran some tests with me, asked me to download certain app and declared the tubelight is faulty and needs to be replaced. He says raising a ticket and I will soon get an email. No email received. Meanwhile I directly wrote to Philips customer care and I get a response after 3 days that open ticket with wiz support. Now wiz says since you got mail from Philips we close this case. I had to make them understand I never got a replacement email. After 8 days of follow up, each person trying to chat well and saying they are doing something, nothing happened. Then , finally after lot of follow up, one person calls and says we will send replacement. On the 11 th day, one person from Phillips gives me an address of a store to go and check there if faulty, they will replace.If this was the solution that I need to go to a store ,why was this not told on first day. Why was I kept waiting that replacement would be sent? They test your patience so that the person gives up and does not come for replacement.To add to my woes, I have visited Philips center on 2nd dec, first the store owner acted ignorant. We don't replace online purchases. After reaching to Philips cust service they now they say leave tubelight here, we will send replacement by courier. And it has been 7 days , no replacement and no tracking link.Strict no no to buy Philips product

Wifi connectivity is perfect. Manual color temp. setting is great!
The screws given are bigger than the ones I had installed for another light before. They seem to be a bit plastic-y, so I decided to use the old screws.The light bulb itself is light, but quite big! The colors are quite good. Brightness is amazing 👏🏼 But the color temp. range can be better. I expected more yellow. The cool white is still a but warm for my taste.WIZ v2 app is good. It has so many features like candle light, pulsing lights, etc. which may be good for a dynamic environment. But, I find it a bit disturbing. The manual color temperature control is useful. It's easier to match the colors of any other existing light bulbs in the house.The sides of the bulb are burned out and blackened. It's only been a few weeks. Hope it'll last long.

Work on presentable packaging but the product is great. Highly recommended!
This was one of the the most straightforward and easy to setup IOT device I've used. I love the options in the app and how it has integration with other common automation apps. It's a steal.My only issue is the packaging is worn-out and seems like it's a returned item or so. Taking off some points from it's presentation. But I'll still give it a 5 star since the light is impressive. Hope it lasts too.Highly recommended!

DISAPPOINTING MODES
brightness is good though the modes are useless, they don’t under the vibe they aim for.it would be frustrating while setting it up at first but then the ease of use is great.size and fit are perfect.color range is only between warm and cold (white/yellow)overall design is good and so is the quality built but won’t help you serve the purpose completely
