I’m a perimenopausal/menopausal woman with severe dryness issues. I’ve used SO many products with little to no success. I was using Replens until someone recommended Key-E to me and I’m never going back! Key-E is a vastly superior product that actually works and truly provides comfort and moisture. It is the best product I have tried and I would be lost without it. I actually buy it in bulk quantities just to be sure I won’t ever run out-that’s how vital it is to me. I’ve tried other brands, like replens, and I find this works better for me. It doesn’t leave some questionable gunk coming out your hooha. It does melt fairly quickly. Best to insert while lying in bed before you go to sleep for the best consumption. Make sure you have a pad or something for leakage as it can stain. It’s smooth and clear. Helped with my atrophy after my hysterectomy but may not work for everyone as everyone’s body is different. Can insert by hand or buy some applicators. Applies a good level of lubrication for intercourse as well. I recommend this product.

I didn't know what dry was until my hysterectomy. I am 66 years young and my hubby & I are sexually active. My doctor recommended using lots of lube because I was having issues with the dryness. It was horrible. I came across this product, read all the reviews and people were raving about it. So I ordered it and love it!! I keep it in the refrigerator, keep a small pair of scissors in the bath to open the foil wrap. Next Best thing to natural, my husband likes it too. Use one at bedtime every couple of days is perfect for me. Just ordered my 2nd box!!
