I've been using this product for decades. It wonderful and does not upset the stomach in any way. I couldn't take Vitamin C supplement until I noticed these. Very energizing. My only issue is my last order came unsealed. I'm going to go ahead and use them, but wouldn't recommend it for customers.

After dozens of other brands/types, I found one that is gentle on my stomach and does what I need it to do. I cannot provide any official medical evidence that it prevents colds and other illnesses, but for me it works.I take two 500mg Caps at bedtime and an extra one during the day if I feel a sniffle. It does the job. I recommend it.
