Lovely little weights. Just what I need to incorporate into my workouts. I'm using for my arms and exercises for my waist. Great quality and came packaged very well. Lovely colour also, I have the blue 4kg ones. Would definitely recommend.

Metis is the best
I’ve been adding different sized weights to my home gym and discovered Metis. The weights are very comfortable to hold compared to my old Domyos ones, and they don’t chip or scratch like the Amazon branded ones. I won’t buy another brand again and recommend Metis to everyone.
