Had the classic situation of a generator (ie. small engine) with a carburetor and both jets gummed up by E10 fuel. I was able to clean the carb and 1 of the 2 jets manually, but couldn't figure out how to pull the 2nd jet to clean it. Generator ran better after cleaning, but still surged a lot / ran rough. Put this Fast Fix stuff in the tank and ran it for 5 to 10 minutes and the engine ran more and more evenly. Still can't push the choke all the way back in after starting (have to carefully set the choke to get it to run smoothly, but it's way better than before.) It's not magic, but it does seem to work well enough. If you can't work on your engine yourself or don't have a small engine mechanic nearby, it's definitely worth a shot.

Amazing results: 10 yr old weed string trimmer was hard to start every year and would stall out when switched to full- throttle. I added just a small amount to the tank (also small) and not only did it start immediately, but the engine ran strong and at a high RPM like it was new again. Since these run off a gas/oil mix, I was expecting the carb to be getting too gummed up but, I really think this will clean it out considering how well it ran after just one application. I plan to start using this on my mower and generator next!

My zero turn mower shut off while using it and when I’d restart it I could only keep it running for a few minutes at a time then would shut off and was running somewhat rough. So I determined it could be either the carburetor that is junked up or going bad or the coil packs. So I ordered new parts as well as some of the Sta-bil Fast Fix. The Fast Fix arrived first and I put in about 1oz with 2.3 gallons that my mower tank holds ( directions call for 1oz for 2.5 gallons but extra won’t hurt). I started up the mower and drove it a short distance to let it idle where I could listen and keep working on other stuff and as it idled for 15 minutes I could hear the engine almost seem to run better over time. I then proceeded to mow lawn for 2 hours without issue whereas before I couldn’t keep it running for 2 minutes. So I’d consider that a win! I’ll still replace the parts that I ordered to get it running even better, but for a quick fix that sure did the job!

Had a non starting lawn mower, and thought this was worth a try. The very first application , my lawn mower started. It worked exactly like it says. Way cheaper than a new mower.

Mower would start, sputter for a couple of seconds, and die. Old fuel, I guess, gummed up the works. I added some of this to the gas. It did the same thing a couple of times, but the third time it started up and kept running. Great stuff! Recommended.

The fluid container came without a cap. Luckily the aluminum seal was still there. I’m using the product in a lawnmower so I only needed to use 1/4 of the product. So, no cap to retain the rest for three additional uses.
