Tasted sour
Doesn’t taste like chocolate, really. In fact it almost tasted sour. Could not finish the coffee mocha.

I thought Monin had higher quality...
Tastes artificial, has a strange after taste. There is no depth of flavor so it tastes cheap. Maybe it will be okay to use in baking? I hope. Maybe someone else can appreciate the flavor (Previously, I've been using cacao powder, so?)...
