Awesome Customer Service!
Love this thermometer. It’s been used almost daily for the last two years; we’ve used it for everything including grilling, bbq, cakes, and candy.Just the other day I noticed that the batter cover on the back was a little bit loose, I went to look and the screw holding the battery cover had gotten hot on my stainless grill table and melted the plastic around the screw. Contacted ThermoPro customer service and they processed a replacement within 20 minutes.

Don’t waste your money on other manufacturers. You’ll be disappointed. As a Pitmaster I can tell you that anything you need in the way of digital thermometers, go with ThermPro. Might be a couple of bucks more, but you will see it’s well worth your while.Durable build, easy to read, and comes calibrated out of the box. This model also allows you to calibrate the thermometer when it gets older.
