The video showed the mixer being used with all of the attachments, but his mixer has only the beaters. The mixer wasn't delivered to our door, but left in the lobby of our condo...always before, delivery right to our door There was no packaging except the mixer box, and it wasn't taped shut. But I am very glad to have such a fine beater so quickly...mine broke in the middle of preparations for a dinner this evening, so all in all...I'm happy and very appreciative of the dependable service from Amazon. Still a five star thanks.Edit: One thing I learned after using it twice now is that the low speed is wonderful...doesn't toss out dry ingredients, making them easy to incorporate. However, when you slide the speed indicator to the highest (5) speed, it is truly a comfy medium speed. It works well but takes longer to whip heavy cream. Next mixer, I hope I can have a good low, an actual medium, and a real high speed. I'd give the power available a 3.5 ★.

Excellent product! Very powerful and quiet and lightweight. Believe it or not it replaced a mixer I've had since 1978. For safety reasons, it was long past time to replace that relic with something new.The mixer blades looked very small when I first opened the box and was instantly put off but don't let that fool you, they're fine and do the job well.This was money very well spent. I'm happy with my purchase.

Love it! Best hand mixer I’ve used. I really like the attachments, things like cookie dough don’t get stuck on them like others and make it easy to wash. The attachments burst out with ease, don’t need to pull on them or even touch them. Very nice slick appearance and a beautiful color. The motor does very well too with heavy doughs.

Beautiful color, works as expected except beware if you’re going from an older Hamilton Beach mixer as I was, since it might not feel as powerful because there’s not as many speeds and it just doesn’t go that fast overall. So far I don’t think this has been a problem unless it explains my homemade mayo fail, but that very well might be all on me so for now I’ll keep the five star rating. Otherwise mixer works as stated. I’ve had it for a couple months now and used it several times to make cookies and mashed potatoes mostly. It made it through the dough ok, is not overly loud so my toddler isn’t terrified when I use it (which is a big plus!), the beaters go in and out with ease making set-up and clean-up a breeze, and the whole set is lightweight and easily hung up on an s hook in my kitchen so it doesn’t take up much space.In sum, as long as you don’t need those extra higher speeds this mixer has your name written all over it!

It works and it is easy to use. It's not as powerful as the older models, and that was noticeable right at the start. It does seem less durable, too, vs the older one we had (20+ yrs old) as it seems like it might break more easily. The color is cute (as my wife put it). It does the job for mixing and helping with all of her baking.
