Nice, fruity with a little bit of spice and light body
This is a great olive oil for summer salads, bruschetta and crostini, also good for drizzling on top of dishes. It's a big bottle so I think a pretty good value. It seems like evoo is very expensive these days even when it's your typical mid tier supermarket brand. To me makes more sense to get the good stuff, better value. Wouldn't recommend it for sautéing.

The Best Olive Oil Ever
I recently lived in Italy and found this olive oil at Eataly. Since first discovery 6 years ago I use only this olive oil for my salads and dipping. When I moved back to the States 2 years ago I brought back a couple of bottles, then I would have friends being me a bottle when they came or when I went back for visit. I couldn't believe my good luck when I recently found it on Amazon. I'm sure the Eataly in Los Angeles has it but that's too far for me to drive. What I love about this olive oil is it's fresh taste and aromaa, it's beautiful light green color. It's worth the price.

I lived in Italy for four years
If you want a taste of Italy -- this is the way to go. I actually was stationed in southern Italy and got to be quite the olive oil snob. If you want real olive oil, this is a great product to buy. The taste is fresh, lively, and slightly fruity. The smell is awesome -- almost perfect. Overall -- worth the price. I will buy again.

Blend of Great Italian Flavor and Delicate Spanish Nuance
This famous EVOO has been awarded many times at almost any international competitions and it deserves its fame. Made of Tonda Iblea monovarietal, this Primo has characters of great Italian olive oils: hints of arugula, herbs. It is pungent as supposed to be but unexpectedly is not bitter at all. What's good about it is that it has another flavor usually not present in Italian oils; it's got a slight hint of tomato and apple, which is a typical character of good Spanish oils, especially of Hojiblanca variety. Its fruitiness is 7/10, bitterness 4/10, pungency 8/10, and my personal rating is 95/100. A very nice Sicilian EVOO.
