Excellent product and has become a reliable brand having used a number of amour products.Tried many different zma/ zinc supplements over the years and the ZM6 is a great example with the added benefit of containing Vitimin B6, ideal for healthy brain function.Easy to swallow, highly recommended.

Amazing at regulating sleep and more...
Due to Zinc being key for the health of cells, which in turn makes your body better able to fight infections and diseases we have incorporated this product into our regime in the current climate however due to the additional qualities we have gained with regulating our sleep cycles this will be something we will continue to include going forward.

Husband loves them.
