Great for Ironman Arizona Cold swim course
I bought this to use for Ironman Arizona November 2018. It makes a huge difference keeping your head warm. Race day water temps ended up being 58deg. I'm glad I had this cap, it worked great. Never had any issues with it slipping off or being too tight or too loose. I was worried about the chin strap causing issues with my throat for breathing, but it didn't bother me a bit. I may have been because I was too busy thinking about how badly cold that dang water was! I tested it out on a couple training swims before hand which I definitely suggest before race day

Strip cuts into neck
Used product for three days swimming in open water. It helps keeping my head warm, but despite using anti-rash cream and even a tape (has to replace daily) for protection, the strip repeatedly cuts into my neck! Very painful. And very disappointed.

Essential for Ocean Swimming during Pandemic
Excellent swim cap. Runs a bit small, but generally fits well and keep much of head and face warm. Strap does not irritate the skin. With all the pools closed, this is essential equipment for ocean/lake swims.
