BLACK+DECKER SFP1000B SpiraLuxe 6-in-1 Electric Spiralizer, Black

I use this at least once per week. It's helped me make all sorts of things that our family has been enjoying. it's ease of use has inspired me to be more creative with recipes. I'm a technophobe who resists all types of gadgets. This has set me at ease. I've used only three of the blades so far with absolutely no problems. The only "problem" that I've found is that I've got to ensure that the veggies are large enough- which to be honest, everyone suggested. This was my goof up. Other than that, it's an easy to use thing. It's not as noisy as some reviews led me to believe, so that's a plus as well. I tossed the zucchini and squash noodles quickly in a medium low skillet in a smidge of olive oil, and "mixed" it with either wheat spaghetti or fettucine noodles, and the hubby couldn't even find them. The next thing I knew, I slipped him a completely raw batch of veggie noodles, and he had no issues with it. The spiralized carrots make soups look wonderful. A definite must purchase for the plant based eater, or the one just wanting to get more veggies in.

I love the fact that I can have zoodles make fresh without having to twist my wrist, try with all my might to keep a countertop manual slicer from sliding all over the counter top because the suction cup feet don't work, or pay a ridiculous amount of money buyinllg it pre-spiralized at the grocery store. It's very simple to use and there's a nice selection of color-coded cutting blades what's your displayed on the unit so that you don't have to try to ry are displayed on the spiralizer itself so you don't have to commit to memory because the color-coded chart is on the unit itself and it comes in a very nice netting carrying sleeve. So far I love it It's been easier and better than any other ones I've tried and I have tried a few.

The product works great. I've used multiple manual options and this is far better. Easy to clean, consistent cuttings, and easy to useSimilar to food processors this has safety devices. If the selected cutting blade and tube isn't snapped secure the unit will not operate.

I have the Breifton 7 in one Spiralizer and love it. I love it so much I thought I'd love an electric even more. The Black and Decker SPF1000B does a very poor job making zucchini noodles. The size isn't consistent, found about 5 different sizes in one batch, some noodles so thin not worth cooking. Noodles need to be the same size for cooking. It's very slow but it's easy to clean and easy to use. The worst thing though, is the noodles are mushy, limp and wet when they come out of the machine. This is my report on zucchini noodles. I'm on my way back to the kitchen to try potato chips, wish me luck.

This works better for me than your typical hand-cranking spiralizer. I actually prefer the quality of the hand-crank noodles--but with this model, there is no unused "tube" of a vegetable, and it's much easier and quicker to clean. This machine comes with several different blades for different thicknesses of noodles and even slicing. There does seem to be some "unusable portion" at the end, but I just nibble on that or toss it.

I literally had no idea how many vegetables can be transformed into noodles. I use this machine for almost every meal, which means I've significantly cut down on carbs and lost a ton of weight. If you're new to spiraling I highly recommend this product. It comes with 6 different blades so the possibilities in the kitchen are endless. My new favorite activity is making radish coins with the wavy cut blade. The chute is a little narrow (~3in diameter) which means I have to cut larger vegetables (like butternut squash) in half before spiralizing, but I have to do that anyway to remove the seeds so it doesn't really matter. I've had this machine for a few months now, use it at least twice a week and couldn't be happier with the power, speed, and results of this product. Totally recommend!!!

Absolutely love it! Great product well worth every dollar. Extremely easy to use. I love making my own potato chips! During this season of growing vegetables like zucchini it makes it a breeze to freeze. I've made zucchini chips, noodles, etc. It's easy to clean even dishwasher safe. Makes like a breeze and any product that makes like easy is my kind of product.
