These work just fine as diaper boosters. They work just as well as the sposie brand, and are more affordable.We use these for our 3yo who sleeps all night, no leaks, no problems.The adhesive strip works fine and these easy fit in a size 4 diaper.I will be buying these again as long as the price stays the same.

Putting these smaller pads in my incontinence brief gives me added security.

These pads absorb more than you think they wood by looking. I add them to my husband's diapers and it makes a big difference ! Very pleased with the purchase. Will order more.

I'm a lucky mom because my toddler sleeps through the night. We're talking about 10-12 hours here. The only problem with that though is that his diapers leak through. Even overnight diapers.Now these lovely things come in handy for that. I stick one in his overnight diaper, and my son sleeps through the night and wakes up with bone dry pajamas and sheets. I've tried other brands, but you can't beat the absorbency for the price, and it has a thin strip of adhesive to help it stay in place, even through the sometimes strange sleeping contortions of an active kid.

Meets my need to extend use of underwear and contains gushes to some extent.

These really add to the capacity of the diaper at night

We used to use the Attends booster pads, but these work better and hold more urine. Mom hardly ever has an accident any more. Highly recommend.
