I noticed an improvement with my hot flashes almost immediately. Within a few days I went from having one nearly every hour to once a day. Now after a couple weeks I may have one once a week. I did however get really bad heartburn. I take it with food as instructed and I've tried taking it in the morning/night but it doesn't seem to make a difference, the heartburn is pretty bad. However over the counter medicine has helped with that, and I'm waiting to see if that side effect will diminish after a bit. Otherwise this definitely works to get rid of hot flashes! No other side effects for me

I can 1000% say that this stuff truly works!!! This supplement was recommended by my doula, and wowza! Talk about game changer, my night sweats, irregular body temperature and cycles were all back on track with a week! It’s like a natural form of hormone therapy, just amazing. No side effects on my end but I was recommended to drink plenty of water and it really does help. The pricing is very manageable to and quality is great; no after taste and easy to swallow. I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I'd take Moringa, but only a few times a week. I just hit perimenopause Feb 2025 after turning 50 the Summer of last year & the heat flashes would push up on me like I was sitting on the the outskirts of hell! Now, why the heck would I do that? I"d never. Anywho, I started "consistently" popping 2 Moringa a day in March. The flashes were still happening, but I know things take time. Still I added Black Cohosh, dosage, 1 a day & ladies, (easy to swallow capsules that taste like herbs) & the flashes are damn near gone. Easy as ABC. Together, they are effective. I sleep better. Flashes have subsided more than HALF & occur less and it has not been a full month yet. I imagine after 3 to 6 months on these supplements, I'ma be Gucci! I take Oil of Oregano to stay regular, Soursop to fight cancer, Vitamin C + B- Complex for my iron, Pre&Probiotics & Biotin. I started working out & added creatin & a veggie collagan rich protein. Lifesaver!! absolutely love these and highly recommend for anyone dealing with hot flashes! If I forget to take 2-3 days then I start having mini hot flashes by the third day... So I try to avoid missing a dose... I will say i never did sweat but if felt as if my body was burning from inside out... I'd kick off the blankets in my 68 degree room!

I used to be very active and the all the sudden I wasn't. In retrospect there was a decline but I didn't pay attention until I physically just stopped. My emotions were all over the place which is just not normal for me. Then I began having hot flashes and it dawned on me, I AM IN MENOPAUSE.I'm 48 and honestly didn't think I was anywhere near menopause age, but I finally went and had blood work done. (This was last July) My hormones were so low they were almost nonexistent. She, my dr, put pellets in and tried a few other things to get me balanced. I was even prescribed an antidepressant because I had literally no drive. Nothing she did worked. Nothing. I was already doing a ton of research about menopause and hormones because I was sick of laying in the bed feeling absolutely terrible. I found black cohosh and decided to give it a try. The FIRST DAY I took it I saw a HUGE difference. I worried because it said it could make you drowsy but that was definitely not the case with me. I've had ZERO hot flashes. My mood is stabilized and I quit taking the antidepressant. I was never sad, but I wasn't exactly happy. Menopause is a cruel cruel parting gift, but black cohosh has literally changed my life. I only ordered one bottle because I didn't wanna waist money if the results were gonna be the same as everything else, but now? I'm ordering a WAY MORE. How long does menopause last? I don't know but that's how long I'll be ordering this!!

Not sure about this item doesn't work for me

Having gone into the perimenopause phase in life I have been suffering from hot flashes. They are worse at night and my sleep quality has suffered because sometimes I am waking up every 45 minutes burning up, then freezing cold. It is absolutely dreadful, if you know, you know! This seemed to be a cheap ditch effort to try to manage and do something about this madness! I wasn’t expecting much but boy have I been surprised!After two days of taking a daily pill, the frequency of the hot flashes did not change much, but the intensity lessened by at least 50%. But then within a week, my hot flashes became almost nonexistent. Now at the week and a half mark I’m really not feeling any hot flashes whatsoever, maybe once a day my body starts to feel like it’s revving up to throw me into a hot flash, but it calms down before it even starts. I don’t know what the heck is in this stuff but it works and it’s amazing and I will take this as long as I need to!
